Vivian was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2018 and joined K.M. Chong’s Chambers in the same year.
Vivian accepts instructions in all areas of work and is developing a broad practice, drawing upon the skill set and insights which she developed during pupillage. Under the supervision of her pupil masters (Ms. Jennifer Tsui, Mr. David Ma and Mr. K.M. Chong), Vivian has gained experience in cases involving land, building management, t’so and t’ong disputes, companies/insolvency, mortgages, equity/trusts, probate, matrimonial matters, personal injuries, as well as civil and criminal appeals.
Vivian is bilingual and is capable of providing written submissions and conducting hearings in both English and Chinese.
