Tyrone studied law at the University of Hong Kong and was called to Bar in 2019. He has a general practice in civil matters. He has been regularly instructed to provide advice and attend hearings at different levels of courts (including the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance, the District Court, and the Lands Tribunal) on matters relating to wills, probate and estate administration, land and real property, landlord and tenant, building management and chancery law.
Tyrone also has experience in handling cases involving, amongst others, bailment, bankruptcy, insolvency, compulsory sale, contracts, customary and modern Chineselaw, ownership and inheritance concerning properties under the Home Ownership Scheme, adoption, family, mental health, money lenders, shareholders’ disputes, and water leakage disputes.
Benefitting from his prior working experience in various sectors as such agriculture, catering, logistics, tourism, transportation, etc., Tyrone has been commended for his ability to identify features that are unique to different industries, and for his realistic and empathic advice to the clients.
