PRACTICE PROFILE

Prior to studying law at the University of Exeter, Alvin attended the University of British Columbia where he studied psychology. Alvin was called to the Bar in 2014 and joined K.M. Chong Chambers in the same year after his pupillage. Alvin has a broad and dominantly civil practice with emphasis on land, probate and trusts cases. He has appeared as junior counsel or as an advocate in his own right at trials and interlocutory hearings at various levels of courts, including the High Court, the District Court, Lands Tribunal and the Family Court. His practice predominantly involves advisory work, interlocutory applications, trials and appeals.
