Stony has a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. He has acted in a wide range of cases including insolvency, bankruptcy, matrimonial matters, trusts and probate, charity proceedings, election, injunctive relief, and competition law. He has also been involved in international arbitrations conducted in Hong Kong.
In relation to Stony’s criminal practice, he has acted in various types of cases including those related to the Securities and Futures Commission and the ICAC.
