Currently a barrister of 6 years call practising at K. M. Chong’s Chambers, and has engaged in both civil and criminal matters with particular experience on land and conveyancing disputes, adverse possession, chinese customary law, defamation, company matters and money laundering. As an advocate, he has appeared as a junior counsel or as an advocate in his own right before the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance, the District Court and the Magistrates’ Courts. He has also written advices on or handled matters involving probate, land, adverse possession, shipping, cross-border claims and jurisdictional issues (the latter of which was adopted by the Chinese Courts in the case of (2017) Guangdong 12 Minchu No. 5).
